US President Donald Trump announced on Thursday that a trade agreement has been reached between the United States and Great Britain, which he described as historic and comprehensive, writes Gazeta Sinjali.

“The agreement with the United Kingdom is a full and comprehensive agreement that will cement the relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom for many years to come,” Trump wrote on his social network “Truth Social”.

The former US president added that this is an important agreement for both countries, due to the history and strong ties between them.
“It is a great honor for me to announce the first trade deal with the United Kingdom, due to the history and long loyalty between the two countries,” he stressed.

Trump also warned that other agreements, which are in serious stages of negotiation, will be announced soon.
