White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, 27, married 32-year-old real estate developer Nicolas Riccio in January 2025, just before Donald Trump’s second inauguration. She shared wedding photos on Instagram in March, calling it one of the happiest days of her life.

Their relationship began during her 2022 congressional run, where they met at a New Hampshire event. Though she lost the race, she met Riccio, whom she describes as her “best friend and rock.” Despite their age gap, Leavitt says he’s fully supportive of her career.

The couple welcomed their son, Nicholas Robert Riccio, in July 2024. Leavitt expressed her joy at motherhood and praised Riccio as a devoted and helpful father, especially during her hectic work life.

Though Riccio prefers to stay out of the public eye, Leavitt calls him her biggest fan and strongest supporter, grateful for his love and the balance he brings to her public career and private life
