Luke Combs Is Prioritizing His Wife And Kids Over Touring

Country music superstar Luke Combs is prioritizing what is important in life!

The North Carolina native said in a recent interview that he is scaling back his busy tour schedule to make time for his family.

Combs, who began performing at a very young age, dropped out of college at Appalachian State University in 2012 to pursue a career in country music.

Now as a father to two young boys, Tex (2) and Beau (1), Combs says he wants to spend more precious time at home and watching them grow.

“We’re only doing festivals this year,” Combs said.

“We got 20-something shows this year. I’ve already done 10 of them. I got 14 more shows for the rest of the whole year. I want to be home with my kids. I want to see my kids grow up and I want them to know that they’re important to me.”
