“From the Porch to the Runway”

Zora and Amara grew up in South Carolina, raised by their grandmother after their parents passed. They were inseparable—Zora with her calm grace, Amara with wild energy. Nana always said they had stars in their bones.

As teens, they were discovered at a local festival—tall, striking, confident in their skin. One photo turned into a campaign, one campaign into the world stage. Soon, they were walking runways in Paris and gracing covers together.

Despite the fame, they never forgot where they came from. They sent money home, called Nana every Sunday, and returned often—heels traded for bare feet on the porch.

Years later, they opened a modeling school and mentorship center for young Black girls back home. The world saw them as stars. But to each other, they were still just sisters—rooted, unshakable, and walking the world side by side.
