Doctor’s Tips to Use a Fan Safely – Use a timer – Set the fan to turn off after the first 90 minutes of sleep. Avoid direct airflow – Point it at a wall to reduce intensity. Stay hydrated – Keep water nearby for dry mouth or throat. Limit allergens: Wash bedding weekly.
