David Beckham and Victoria Beckham’s son Romeo Beckham and his girlfriend of seven months Kim Turnbull have broken up, according to multiple outlets, as the Beckham family is rumored to be feuding.

Romeo Beckham and Kim Turnbull’s relationship has left the pitch.

The 22-year-old son of David Beckham and Victoria Beckham has split from the DJ after seven months of dating, according to multiple outlets.

Just last month, they attended David’s 50th birthday party together alongside Romeo’s siblings Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13. Noticeably absent from the celebration, though, was brother Brooklyn, 26, and his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham, 30, spurning ongoing speculation of a feud within the family, including a potential rift between Romeo and Brooklyn.

Amid the reports of in-fighting, Brooklyn and Nicole hired a law firm to fight the rumors circulating about the pair.

“It’s not for reputation management, but to set the record straight, combat spread of misinformation,” a source with knowledge of the situation told E! News June 2. “Ironically, the inaccurate reporting proves exactly why one hires legal counsel, to set the record straight and combat the spread of deliberate misinformation.” 

Days before the news of Brooklyn and Nicola’s hiring of a law firm, details from the pair’s 2022 wedding surfaced that shed light on what may have prompted the Beckham family tension.  

As a source told E! News May 30, “Brooklyn and Nicola were under the impression they were being gifted their first dance by Marc Anthony.”

But during the celebratory moment, Victoria was given the spotlight instead.

“Marc Anthony announced, ‘Please welcome to the stage the most beautiful woman in the room…Victoria Beckham,’” the insider explained. “Brooklyn wasn’t quite sure what to do and was put in an awkward situation.”

Following the surprising moment, the source noted, “Nicola left the room crying. She eventually came back and was able to collect herself to celebrate the rest of her wedding.”

In the years since their wedding, Brooklyn and Nicola have, according to the insider, “made good faith efforts” to connect with his family, and Victoria has even gushed about her daughter-in-law.

“We love you so much!!” the Spice Girls alum wrote in a January 2024 birthday tribute to Nicola. “Your love, kindness, talent and your ability to dance on sand in a major wedge!! The best dance partner and loving daughter in law.”
